My booking form is our introduction - I count on you to make a good first impression. If the form is not filled out sufficiently, I will not reply.

For screening, I require either:

1) a photo of your government issued ID (the ID number and your address can be covered if you wish), or

2) a link to your active LinkedIn profile, that has a clear photo of you and shows your current employer.

Your preferred screening option can be emailed to me once I reply to your booking request.
